Another Issue

Okay so I solved the great hotmail problem it was javascript,it died or something;but that doesn't matter anymore.My parents went and got a new computer and it has windows vista;but it has an unusual problem,no audio device installed.Does anyone know where I should go to fix this issue.I figure Ruben or Erik will know what to do or where to go.

If your computer comes with a sound card (if you could plug speakers into it) just go here
http://www.softwarepatch.com/utilities/ac97-realtek-driver-vista.html
download that and if that does not work... I don't know man. That worked for me when I had the same prollem.
