woken by colic around 3am, fairly mild at first started to get worse, paracetamol and anti-nausea pill at 3:30. Expected this bout as I had fried foods at lunchtime, birthday cake and my boy bought pringles for the "party" so had to eat them despite knowing they would come back on me later, expected that the bout would come on much earlier though

Colic yet again, started at 20:30, took paracetamol at 20:40, anti-nausea pill at 21:00.

Food likely to have caused this attack: pizza at about 14:00.

Fatty foods between now and whenever you get the operation are likely to result in much pain and nausea... Try to resist! Live on Rice/potatoes/whatever other non-fat or low fat foods you can stand. Also avoid too much dairy!

WOW! I lost 5lbs on my first week of weightwatchers, this was a week where I had half a large pizza and garlic bread and cheese from pizza hut!
