I went to the one in Long Beach. They talk for about two hours and show some video. It's cool, but I'd probably not go again.

Not really. It was part of a three-day weekend with a (now ex-) girlfriend so we had time to do other stuff. I think I paid $55 each for tickets to be 4th row on the right. I don't think those tickets were entirely worth it.

Depending on how much tickets are it's worth it. I wouldn't sit in the cheap seats but the most expensive ones may not be good either. How much are tickets?
