Hey gang, next weekend (Sat 23rd) I'm going to be meeting a friend and picking up an RV in Long Beach to go to Burning Man, returning the following week on Monday or Tuesday (1st or 2nd). Is there a safe place anyone can think of where I could leave my car parked for 9-10 days? It doesn't necessarily have to be near Long Beach, anywhere north of

If you don't mind coming all the way up here, you can park in our neighborhood. There's are plenty of areas that don't have 2-hour parking, and we've had friends do it before. The only consideration is street cleaning, but if you leave me your keys, I'd be glad to move it for that.

If you want to stop by the valley on your way, you can leave your car in front of our house. No street cleaning restrictions, and we can keep an eye on it.

That sounds ideal, and my friend Jonathan may also park his car on the street too. I will update with details as the coordination comes together. I'll be in LA Saturday and part of Sunday, will probably drop off my car on Sunday right before we hit the road. Not that you have to be there, but it would be nice to stop in and visit.

We're going to Chris & Scott's birthday water park outing on Saturday, but we should be home on Sunday.
