I watched that game very closely. They didn't let anything. The Saints totally took it. They completed passes like I've never seen a Saints team do. They just all around played good ball. Watching the faces of the Atlanta players, especially when the Saints blocked Morten Andersen's field goal, they were pissed and in disbelief. I'll admit the possibility that they were a bit overwhelmed by the emotions of the crowd and the event, but the fact is the Saints played really good football. It definitely had to happen, but it happened because the New Orleans players were pumped about being home and reopening the Super Dome and playing their arch-rival. It had to happen because there was no way the Saints were going to let the Falcons ruin their big day. It was awesome! ;)
Go Saints! Or as we sing in New Orleans, "Who dat? Who dat? Who dat say dey gonna beat dem Saints? Who dat? Who dat? Who dat say dey gonna beat dem Saints? Oh When the Saints Go marching in..."

they so let them win... how do you live with yourself if you beat The Saints on their first home game since Katrina? It had to happen.
