As a nice happy medium between technology and getting off your boonanni, I reccomend Yourself, Fitness for Xbox and PS2. It has a nice workout regimen that tailors what you want to do to your workout ie losing weight or toning up. As an added bonus, it also suggests recipes that compliment your workout routine...plus...the Maya girl...rowr! And if you do good...you unlock hidden bonus workout rooms! Woo hoo! I think I dropped 10 pounds or so using her for a mionth or 2 when I was getting ready for the wedding.

10 pounds is a pretty impressive figure, though. (Er, the number, not your figure... oh, never mind.) I may give the "game" a shot if Plan A doesn't work out. Bet Diana would like it too.
