I wanna to ask if by any chance there is a way to extract the downtown terrain or if you can make something similar but with more roads.

I don't think the Downtown terrain is in the game, I'm afraid. Might look into it later, but got exams coming up now :)

This is so great! For years I've been annoyed by extra roads in some terrains and not enough in others. I finally booted up SC4 last night and I'm going to try to fix some of them. What you've done is wonderful and such an inspiration!
