These are awesome! I will definitely be playing these neighbourhoods more often now, once I am able to download them (: Just wondering though, do these come with the lots in place?

Thank you very much :) These don't come with the lots in place, they're just empty hoods with neighbourhood deco on them. If you copy the terrain to an existing hood, you'll have to manually relocate the houses yourself.
