Download: Maple Lake Terrain

I was messing around in my SimNation region in SC4 (the old version, I need to get around to making the new one at some point), and I spotted a terrain I apparently made at one point and then forgot all about.

I figured I might as well dust it off and make it available for download, in case anyone could use it. I can't remember for what purpose I ( Read more... )

I completely LOVE it! I'm so using this for the new legacy hood. I just adore small-ish terrains with some water. :)

Glad you like it! :D It'd be pretty good for a legacy hood cause it's so small and easy to decorate quickly.

It looks very peaceful, I think :)

Stare all you want :D Though I still say it's the skies that do it ;)

This looks amazing! Would you be willing to put up the neighborhood version of this terrain up for download? Decorating hoods is so tedious, and I love the way you've set this up. I would be most grateful!

Ahh, I'm afraid I already deleted that neighbourhood from my game. It took me all of 5 minutes to do the decorations; just scatter some trees around, place the waterfall, couple of farm fields and a barn or two, tadah!

Oh and Nimi's skies make everything pretty :)

It always takes me at least 10 minutes to put down all the trees! I'll definitely go find Nimi's skies. Thanks for the help!

I tend to just grab one sort of tree clump, randomly scatter it around (I just wildly click around, lol). Rinse repeat with other tree clumps and a couple of individual trees. Quick n dirty, but it works :)

I absolutely love it! I've been looking for a mountain map with just one lake for my vacation hood. Thank you!
