Since this time last year, I have gained 13kg. I have reduced my physical activity levels.
My blood pressure has also changed- from ~130/85 to 110/60.
My cholesterol total levels have dropped, and my HDL has increased.
From this, it is obvious that my extra weight is placing a strain on my system.

Just curious. I used to eat terribly and had good cholesterol and pressure numbers :)

ETA: So, worse diet, more stressed.

I'm atm trying to actually clean up my eating habits, diet, mealtimes and portion sizes so I don't start putting on weight...ten pounds in a month of marriage isn't the best start...
