Oh my god, I am going back to Texas right now! I cannot handle all the freaking spiders in this country! I've seen about a bazillion times more here than I ever saw back in Texas, and Rick's attempts to make me feel better ("at least as far as I know, none of them are poisonous") are not helping

I'm not too fond of spiders myself, but I can handle them. It must be terrible though when you're really scared of them. If it's bothering you that much, maybe you should try one of those courses/therapies to help you get rid of the fear? Especially if you're already dreading moving into your new house now just because of the spiders.

ugh yeah, I hate them too. There are indeed less spiders here in the US than in Holland. But it is true though, I have never heard of anyone being bitten by a spider in Holland.

The bad news is that it is September that is nicknamed 'spinnenmaand', so it's only going to get worse :)
