I think I left my happy in Spain with the sunshine and the lack of overbearing life stresses. I'm not exactly sure how to get back there myself (to happy or to Spain would be nice).
What are your thoughts of happy tied to, when you think of them? Are there barriers that prevent you from those things somehow? Are there things you can do (for me it's exercise, which I shall go do soon, come to think of it) that are like physiological stimulants of happy chemicals that help in the meantime if general situational factors aren't ideal? Are there creative outlets for not-happy feelings that help them go away/ These are really just thinky questions, I don't know if they help, and feel free to not think about or answer them.
