In 2009 this occurred:
I read a fic called "The Little Bird"
It was crafted so well
That into fandom I fell
And now I'm a total Merlin-nerd!

Your fics are the reason I got so embroiled in Merlin. I had initially been planning to just do art hit-and-runs every now and again, but the I Am Become A Name Series was the first fic in fandom that I got unhealthily addicted to. I definitely read everything you had posted till then in the span of a day. And there's the unbelievably awesome AU and AAU that haunt my every waking moment! I am still in awe of how intricate ALL your universes are.

And then, beyond your talent as a writer is what an integral role you play in fandom. I hope this doesn't sound lame, but you're one of the "it" girls of camelot_love--you write stories that everyone agrees are fabulous, you organize community events that are ridiculous amounts of fun (the wait for 213--omg, the sentence ficathon nearly overshadowed the actual episode for me. can that happen again please ( ... )

I just wanna *hug* bc this comment made my day. :D Every time I post ... a fic, a new thread on C_L, a comment, I get so worried about how it's going to go over (LOL). Thrusting myself into the comm with that first fic was so scary, and it just warms my heart so much to be embraced. I have no reason to be anything but down-to-earth since I'm in the presence of such BRILLIANT people ... like YOU.

AND TO TOP IT OFF, WEST WING LIMMERICK. I WANT TO EAT IT UP.

Girl, you are crazy--from what I've seen your are incapable of posting anything short of awesome.

OMG WEST WING LIMERICK WAS HARD TO WRITE. At first I was like...Josh or Sam, Josh or Sam...and then I remembered a back and forth between you and 3m in comments a few days ago and it was like...she's totes Josh to your Sam. Is associating people in one fandom with characters from another the first sign of insanity?

Oh man, sit back and grab some popcorn girl, this might be long.

First of all, YOUR REVIEWS. Oh man, they make me just go GUH *uncontrollable spazzing*. I have no words to express how much I appreciate your support. It really makes me thing...I have to keep doing better with the next one to make sure this praise is deserved. So THANK YOU for that.

Next, god lord are you generous! You donated so much to Haiti at C_L alone--I was so impressed. And then when you dropped SIXTY BUCKS at the help_haiti auction, my jaw just hit the floor. It think it's that generosity of spirit that makes you so easy to get along with.

Lastly, I like that you are a little bit nuts, like me :). The art planning messages were spaztacularly awesome and I remember thinking this is the beginning of a beautiful cracktastic friendship. You're ideas for art pieces are so good that they leave me wondering I didn't think of them before ( ... )

Honestly, you should bottle your awesome and sell it. It boggles my mind that there is so much win locked in one person. I mean, the ski stories just killed me, but then you say stuff like "do you even understand how muscular my ass is now because of you" and it's like I am resurrected and just killed all over again. I think like most people on your flist, I just wait to see what game you're gonna bring with your posts (I think lactating!Arthur and Merlinosaurus Rex is the most epic post I've seen on my friends page to date).

AND OMG SPACE!MERLIN! I CANNOT WAIT FOR MORE OF THIS!!!
