Things like KH2: Final Mix+ make me wish I was bilingual. Oh God, oh God. Curse you, Squeenix! Why can't we British have shiny extras like that one?

I know what the answer will be like, but is Japanese really so hard to learn? At least enough Japanese to understand a videogame? Is there a magical way, even?

It's worth the try...

If I help you, will I be spared to watch Star Wars for a lifetime?

You're a mean man. After all I do for you. (You don't really know how to help me, do you? Besides giving me lessons, I mean.)

Expect me at your house today at 7:00. Make lots of popcorn.

It doesn't help much, but you could probably get Yukito or Nakuru to translate for you, if you think you could finish the game in the amount of time that they'd be visiting.

I wsn't talking about that game in particular, since it's just a special edition of one I have in English already. It's more like in general, learning Japanese in order to buy imported games in the future.

That'd be extremely rude. Imagine that I'd have to call them anytime I want to play, and they'd have to stay and watch me play for hours. They'd send me to sod off after the first day.

If you managed to involve alcohol, you could probably get Nakuru to watch for as long as you want...
