Yes! It's quite a departure from my normal style. I always think of the most complicated ways of making things and this little project reminded me that sometimes simple is better. :) I'm coming up with all sorts of ideas for more of these dishes.

You know... I don't know. Glazing big dishes is always the most challenging aspect. I can't tell you how many large items I've ruined with glaze! I'm thinking I'll either use my rusty brown/blue combination or light blue with brown around the edges.

I keep thinking of asking you to make a cockatoo bowl for him or a special plate for when he sits next to me and eats dinner, but he tends to throw things when he has a bit of a fit - like if there isn't enough cheese on his pasta then all the pasta gets thrown because OOPS, now he needs more because its on the floor... now I am like "10 second rule dood, so eat it or stfu and eat bird seed until tomorrow" lol
