the bird and the bee are releasing a cover album composed entirely of hall & oates greatest hits. i remember having this remix version on cassette, taping it off 104 WDKX. they were never cool. never never never. but their music... it's kind of like ABBA or the Carpenters in how horrid & wrong they were (at the time, we can all laugh about it

I liked them, too, but then I was never cool either. I taped songs from 92 WFLY. The recordings were horrible, but I was happy to have them. Boy, I loves me some '80s pop music.

*everyone* loved them, that was the secret to their success! but they were so not as cool as say, Billy Idol ::smirk::

i loved taping off the radio, especially at the end of the year when they would do the top 100 hits of the year. WDKX and the 3 college radio stations of upstate ny were my only link to sanity in my jr high years on.
