So I dropped a hammer on my foot

And it hit my big toe claw side down... cracked my toenail quite badly and snagged a big chunk of skin off... its gross! and hurts a bunch!! So, I've been stuffing cotton under the edges of what's left of the nail and soaking it in epsom salts trying to keep it from getting infected and/or ingrown
