Before we take off and I'm limited on my net-time for the next couple of days, I wanted to gush about this adorable story. I loved it; it's a wonderful "missing pieces" moment. The attempt at clean-up from the young miss with Callie's nightie was a nice touch. I still can't remember the color of the nightie (aside from what you posted in your story) from that episode so either you went back to re-watch it, you have great memory powers, or your mind was not where I won't admit mine possibly was when watching it because there's really no other excuse except poor memory that I cannot remember such a detail. And again, we won't admit to the last cuz L is sitting directly next to me (she wanted to read it too) (and she totally just hit me for typing that above) but now we have to pack the car and I think we're leaving early to grab coffee and breakfast on the road. Love you ladypants. Have an awesome Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday and Friday and you get the point. Chao bella.

I remembered. Probably because I watched the episode (and therefore that scene) about 5,000 times. But no, I didn't have to go look specifically for this. The image is pretty well burned on my retinas.

L read my fic? I don't know how to feel about that. I hope she liked it.

We were definitely not watching the same scene that day :P or at least not the same parts of said scene.

Yes, she stopped packing our necessities to come over and read with me and she enjoyed it as did I. Thank you again.

We're off (to see the wizard which in theory is kinda partially a truth)

Loved it!!!! Such a great take on the now infamous body paints. I love that this made them talk about something related to Idaho/plane crash, however "superficial" it may be. And Arizona saying she might still be up for trying them? Perfect.

Also, I'm really sorry that I didn't get a chance to read this when you sent it to me.

Thank you! And I've always kind of pictured them both being pretty open to trying new things. Maybe that's dampened now with the amputation, but it's still a part of them as individuals and as a couple.

Totally okay! I made some big changes after I sent it to you with Anna's help. I posted it today because a certain someone ^^ got married this afternoon, so it was kind of a wedding gift for her.

I agree. I particularly enjoy the thought post-amputation though, because as you said, I think it would be dampened. Considering Arizona had issues having "vanilla" sex (I guess? We don't really know) afterwards, I think anything extra might have taken a bit of time.

Super cute! I loved how Arizona was panicked and reminded of how her dad would react if she had done the same thing as a kid.

There needs to be more cute canon moments like these. For all of the amputee milestones we did (sort of) get to see in the show, I would've loved more Sofia involved ones like this. Thanks for sharing! :)

This is so cute! I like the way you write Sofia, she's adorable. Interesting way to bring up the body paint and lingerie - and I mean interesting in a good way, I really like it. All the interactions are wonderful in this. :)

There's a lot not to like about working in a day care, but one undeniable benefit is that writing kids becomes a snap.

And I can't really take credit for that idea. That goes to donteatblue, who prompted this fic way, way back in February.
