i read, I think in Griffith review, that Oz Idol's appeal is that it mirrors the democratic process (if backbenchers were as hot as the singers :P). So maybe not sharing beyond the bottom 3 is like knowing the ALP is a hotbed of factionalism, but not gettin the dish??
The strange thing is, after Sunday's show, I actually thought Mutto was one of the best performances. I couldn't believe the crapness of songs people chose from the years of the birth. I mean really. I also think that re-releases of songs from other eras shouldn't count.
yeah the song choices were pretty bad... and the performances generally weren't too crash hot.
i think mutto is probably a very nice guy but i just couldn't warm to him for some reason... although i have to say i did admire the fact that he really got out there and amongst last week it instead of playing it safe (like many seem to be doing)
