all the honor society things for the most part are just loads of bullshit with fancy names and oaths attached to them anyways. show me an honor society that actually completely upholds all it claims to, in which all the members gladly fulfill all supposed "duties," and is more than just a pretty thing to put on transcripts, and I'll show you an ostrich in an earwig suit...but maybe I'm being hasty. There might be one out there. Somewhere...

I basically put down everything and anything I'd ever done (played in a band at a church, brought in cans, pratically lived at the library and helped the librarians occasionally, taking out trash at the coffee shop to get free coffee, you know) as "service," and I think my "leadership" was "I ran for an office once and wasn't elected."
