So I'm hoping people will pay attention when I do. Today I went shopping for a new electric provider, and I found Green Mountain EnergyThey are somewhat more expensive than petroleum and coal-based electricity providers, although not by a lot. All of their electricity is produced by renewable or sustainable sources - wind, sun, water, natural gas. ( Read more... )

Goot and I have been using them for a year. The only problem that I have with them is that they are completely inflexable as to when your bill due date is, and our due date is totally off from all of the other bills that we pay. I like their service though, and our bills are sometimes actually lower than they used to be. Not always, but the difference when they are higher is negligable. I have recommended them to people before and I totally recommend them now.

I know, I know... why is he commenting in my journal, you ask? Well, because I had to share the love. My new favorite webcomic has been bringing you to mind for the past couple of "episodes." You shoudl check it out, it's quite funny. I think it's the last four that have reminded me of you most.

Hope all is well in your world.

*grin* You're right, that is fun. You're also right that the heroine and I have at least two things in common!
Although mercifully I didn't develop the need for custom-made bras quite as quickly as she did...the hips had time to keep up ;) The author has rather a nice list of places for women like me to get bras..in fact, my favorite brand (fantasie.co.uk) was listed.

You do realize however, that if I find a new favorite based on that list, that I'm going to tell everyone that you're my lingerie consultant?

I've been called far worse by far less beautiful women.

Besides, 90% of people who meet me think I'm gay anyway. It's par for the course.

*snort* then 90% of the people who meet you don't watch you at all, let alone watch the way you watch women. No one who has actually *looked* at you in a social situation could think that - when a woman with whom you've been talking leaves your conversational orbit or passes by, you follow her (visually) about twice as long as you do a man, and your body language is entirely different, more intimate, towards women than it is towards men. People should pay attention.
