So the bad news is, I didnt get the flippin cool job that I applied for. The good news is (?) that I am on a reserve list in case they get funding for another position. But who knows who else is on that list... Basically there were 2 jobs, they are saying I'm not good enough for those 2 places, but I might be good enough for the 3rd position if

You never know, i was turned down for a job in a similar situation and a month later they rung up and hired me. I plan on doing the latter too :)

Cool Mel, go for it! It's so easy in the long run - all that stops most people is confidence and suchlike. You're too good to work for someone else and you do know it - I know you do. You just end up being trapped working for someone else.

I was asked how I'd like full time work at a new client in Bolton this week! But before I could work out the politest way of saying no, she read me and said "...or is full time not really your thing?"
