Summary: After Lea starts going out with Theo, Dianna has to face the rest of the cast and the world alone.
AN: This is my first attempt to write an Achele fic, I might continue this or just leave it there. Depends on your thoughts. :)
His face, that face she couldn't stand to look at. His attitude that rubbed her off in the wrong way. He thought he's too cool for everyone, he thought he could get it all like there's no boundaries or rules. He thought he owned this world. He thought he could own the girl who was once so close to me, maybe closer than I thought she will ever be. I couldn't stand the sight of him, his hands roaming all over her body. It just made me sick to my stomach, yet I have to b happy for my "best friend".
Dianna sat in her trailer, their trailer , thinking about the mess she's in for the 100th time this day. She needed to stop, not for Lea's sake, not for his sake but for her own sanity's sake.
She didn't know what to do without Lea, she hung out with Jenna, Kevin and Amber a lot. No one have been so helpful like Chris. She considered him a real best friend for her. He helped her out, talked her out of her misery and showed her the road of trying to get over this. Even with him around, she still couldn't act normal around Lea. How could she? when all she wants to do when she sees her is cry. She missed her, she misses having her in her bed, she misses their girls nights, she misses having her around more but also having her all for herself. Now, Lea's either busy with filming, rehearsing or hanging out with that thing. She needed to escape this. Shed needed to escape that feeling. She couldn't though, it was way too hard for her to forget about their time together. That time when she almost believed that Lea could actually have feelings for her. Was it just empty words? Did she ever mean those 3 words?
Dianna got distracted from her thoughts when Lea entered the trailer, smiling towards her in a genuine yet flirty way like she always did.
"You okay?" Said Lea in an enthusiastic voice. That voice that could lift any weight from Dianna's shoulders, not this one though.
"Yeah, I'm fine" Dianna tried to fake a smile as hard as she can. Hopefully those acting lessons gained her something. Lea seemed to go for it.
" I'm just here to grab my script, Cory totally forgot the words and can't remember where he left his copy" Dianna couldn't help but laugh with Lea. That was so Cory. He had to be one of the closest people to their character, well, except that he's not stupid like Finn. He knew what's going on with everyone but just didn't want to put them under pressure, didn't want to put her under pressure since he knows how Lea is a sensitive subject to talk about with.
Lea stopped at the trailer door and turned back to Dianna "Hey Di, Theo and I are going out to dinner tonight, want to come too? You don't seem like you've been having fun lately".
Those words shot Dianna like a dagger to the heart. Of course she wanted to spend more time with Lea but she didn't want to see his face. She didn't want to witness his roaming hands all over Lea again. She felt that she would just get up and punch him in the face if he did that in front o her, it was something that she wouldn't normally do but that's how much he just makes her rage.
" Umm, No thanks. I haven't been feeling well lately. I'll just go home and sleep" She couldn't look at Lea while saying that because she knew her eyes would betray her and give Lea a sign that something is not right.
She felt a hand on her own and she nearly passed out, that hand didn't touch hers for a long time. Not even at public appearances.
"You sure, Di? I mean I could stay with you if you feel sick". Dianna couldn't concentrate with Lea rubbing her hand that softly.
Dianna took her hand back slowly so Lea wouldn't know something is up "No, no, I'm fine. Go have fun" was all she could manage to say at that moment.
"Okay, sure. Take care of yourself though" Lea smiled and left the trailer before Dianna managed to whisper " O...okay..".
There she was again, left alone in the trailer with nothing but her thoughts which she was pretty sure are going to kill her sooner or later.
