So, since I have multiple cans of pumpkin left over from the holidays and I had a hankering for pie, I decided to bake a pumpkin pie tonight. I have baked before, but not a pumpkin pie. So, I had to arm myself with a recipe off the internet, follow some directions (oh so hard, not) and put it in to bake. The hardest part is waiting for the pie

pumpkin pie is pretty hard to screw up, i think. hope it turned out.

It did turn out pretty good. Though, if I did it again, I would add some more spices and make it in a smaller diameter pan, so that it was thicker than the 3/4" it ended up at.
