I'm really tempted to go to The Beast Feast on Friday. I would get to support charity and eat new to me meat.

It worries me a bit that they don't list WHAT beasts. lol

Bear tends to be greasy& a bit gamey, so hopefully they'd dress it up. (sause, or in a dish)
Venison is super tasty, but can be tough (same with moose or elk), so they work better in pies or stews.

My dad was a hunter& we had friends from Alaska that shared with us. ^_^ I'm just rambling lol

I concur. I was like hmm, shouldn't they tell what beasts to tempt people? Cuz technically dogs are beasts, but I sure wouldn't want to eat one.
