Wow, you do not hold back!! That's a tough one!!
And I guess... I don't know. I don't believe in an eye for an eye, but I do believe that some people can't be rehabilitated. And what are you going to do with a person that can't be let to the public, and that there isn't enough room to store anywhere? I'm not sure... I'm glad that I have never had to deal with it, or even really think about it too much.
I think killing is wrong. That no one has the right to kill anyone else.
But I guess I understand why why it exists.

I think that in n infinite universe anything is possible. I think that we may unlock time travel eventually. But I worry that it will not be used wisely or well.

So Long and Thanks For All the Fish. It's my favorite author, my favorite characters, and they are mostly all happy. It's missing some key elements but it's a beautiful funny love story.
