Well...explosion would spray brain matter in a most pleasing way, but implosion would work, b/c honestly I was just thinking of the possibility of seeing goop coming out her ears. Dunno how probable that is, but the concept is nice none the less. You could just stick an Egyptian brain thing up her nose, and liquify it a bit.
