... and happy death day, too, I guess, for the Fabulous Swede was born on August 29th, 1915, and died on the same day, 67 years later. Obviously, there is no better excuse for blatant, cheesy, weepy, obsessive fangirling. Yeah, she did :). Her daughter, Isabella, always says that she thinks that was typically Ingrid - Ingrid being such a neat, orderly person. Apparently she really held out until her birthday (she had terminal cancer and she was in a lot of pain) and then quietly died.

She really was very beautiful.
