Okay... well I havent read the articles yet but just looking at that ladies picture she looks like shes on freaking drugs!!!

The last news report I saw said that the baby girl was born with cocaine and alcohol in her system... but that was the first and only time I heard that

I wouldn't doubt it AT ALL though!!!!
