alright... so, tuesday's track meet ended up being pretty embarassing. I ran a 400, then a 200 then was put in the 4x4 after 2 people dropped out. needless to say I was nervous never been in a 4x4 ever. I was put in as the 3rd guy, we were already behind and I'm not the fastest runner, as I sprinted in the straight away with everything left leaving
