I have found out this summer in two totally different frames of reference that if you keep pushing yourself in some physical way, it will hurt. And if you keep pushing, it will really hurt. And if you keep insisting, past what is reasonable, past what you think is your limit, eventually your body will refuse to feel the pain and it subsides. And
