Have you tried athlets foot cream on it?

I had ringworm at one point, it was pretty bad. Someone on p101 told me try athlets foot cream. I was like huh?? But you know what? Worked like a charm!

Ringworm is a fungus, so it kinda makes sense seeing so is athlets foot.

That is the first thing you use when you get it..but the thing is..it is no longer on his skin (which is the easiest kind to treat..) It is in his scalp (and has been for over a year) and that is the hardest type to treat...but no one has ever seen this type of ringworm before...nothing and I mean NOTHING is killing it...but yes...Antifungal cream was the first step..when he had it on his neck and behind his ears....thanks though!!! It was a nice try!! *hugs*

I actually just went and googled "cures for ringworm"
have you tried Monistat-derm?

also-a lot of reviews and testimonials I read on there said to use APPLE CIDER VINEGAR and keep the affected area soaked 10-15 minutes at night time before bed.

oh-a few sites also said you could use straight bleach (like clorox) and apply it with a q-tip BUT that will either "sting a little" OR "sting a hell of a lot."

it also said that "wrestlers who dont have time to use the monistat derm SWEAR by using bleach" (but that doesnt sound like a very bright idea to me. i was giving you info!)

My Logan also got ringworm on his head, probably from preschool too because no one else had it but anyways, we killed it by washing his hair with dandruff shampoo and putting athlete's foot creme on it a couple times a day everyday. The doctor's office took a million years to get back to us about it and so I just took care of it myself. It was only in one spot on his head though about the size of a quarter.

Maybe that will help your Logan?
