A Rite of Passage is a certain rite that is bestowed upon you when you pass a certain age. Thus Rite of Pass-age. Because you have passed that age. Rite of Passage. Once you receive it you will be able to smoothen awkward words such as Pass-age into nicer words that sound more like Passuge. Rite of Passage.

Riiiiiiiight.
