Well at least you'll have the newest model? I'm sure scholarships will pay for a lot of it. I just heard something on the radio about a guy who attended Harvard and got $90,000 a year from scholarships.
Oh and btw, do you have your saint-saens original copy? Could I borrow it for Solo and Ensemble?
And tell David, that he is not japanese and needs to have his hair either shaved off or dyed back black, cuz it made me cringe on Monday when I say his hair.
Remind me, Julia: 1. is the value of a holistic college experience not unquantifiably valuable? 2. you want to be a doctor? 3. you're determined, competitive, and kind? (rhetorical question; answer is YES!) 4. doctors of this sort can play around in a sizable market, and then make quite a bit of money? So, it seems like a lot becuase we're just not used to thinking in terms of that much money. In the course of your career, it's not that much. (Though, brush your teeth well now, becuase you prob. won't be able to buy toothpaste in college.) Also, don't rule out the less expensive schools. Universities may be like nylons; it's too early to tell. :-)
*jaw drops* Oh. my. God. Sarah. is. on. livejournal.
Hahaha, child, you are either 1) really bored or 2) I have no idea... :-)
p.s. all the reasons you used above apply to yourself as well, although you can substitute doctor with lawyer or environmental economist or whatever you end up doing.
