Got my kanji test back a few days ago. Ummmm, it sucked. Badly. But I did make a good grade on my essay test, even though I had, like, NO idea what the hell I was going on about towards the end (which was the portion I got perfect marks on, wtf). I did pretty good on my grammar, too, but I'll have to wait until Monday to find out about my ( Read more... )

xD LAWL THE SIGN! that's gold.

also... i share the weird essay experience. i get the best marks on essays in which i start aimlessly rambling because i run out of solid things to say.

HAHAH, yeah. Whenever I'm in a lousy mood, I can just go look at the sign, and I'm good. 8D

Dude, essays are so bizarre like that. You go through one and you're like, "I NAILED that!" and then you get a crappy score, and then when you walk away from one and you're like, "bawww that suuuckked" it's the best thing you ever wrote. I never can understand it.

LOVE DIP. MILK IN THE DIP 8(

Yeah, I mean, I wasn't screeching at the top of my lungs or anything, but I was like, "GYAHHH!" for a second when I first saw it. Then I just felt really bad for the poor thing. ;;

I remember when you told me about the toucan on the sign at school. I was kind of like "lol why THAT bird?" And I totally understand about wanting your dorm-mates not to involve themselves in asshattery when it comes to sharing showers and what-not.

And I don't really understand our tests at Ritsumei anyway. I make passing scores, and occasionally scores, but I never leave a test actually able to guess how I did. (Which I pretty much feel confident of my score, for good or ill, anytime back home...) :/

ISN'T IT EPIC, THOUGH? It really conveys a sense of danger here. But, yeah, dorm-mates can be annoying as hell. I mean, not that living here has been horrible. Sure it's been inconvenient, with the lack of insulation in the winter, and the two showers, how far it is from school, and how annoying some of the girls are. But all in all, it's been a decent place, and I've been happy. Still...I'll be so glad to have an apartment when I get home. ;;

LOL The tests at Ristumei. I dunno. I hate when everyone feels the need to DISCUSS AND ANALYZE IT right after we're finished. I'm just like, "kay, I just busted my brains out, there's no point in talking about it further until we get our results." And, yeah...I never know how I did either. I'm almost always surprised, one way or another. ;;

I love how our last day of school is on a national holiday. They could have just as easily let us finish on Friday, but NOOO.

That sign....words cannot describe its awesomeness. You should make an icon from it.

I also hate it when people analyze the test right after we've taken it. Grr.

Sorry to hear about your dorm mates. At least you will be leaving them beind soon.

HAHAH, yeah, that sign. I'll miss it after I'm gone.

And tests...it's like, just take the time to relax some, you know? x.x

As for my dorm mates, it isn't so bad. I just get all tense when I'm stressed, and communal living tends to push everyone's buttons to some degree. :P
