This past weekend Rich and I shared his beta account for Warhammer online; now, as most of you know, Rich and I met playing EverQuest back in the day, and then moved on to EverQuest II, and then made the jump to World of Warcraft online, where we have been ever since....what, 4 years now? when I was recovering from my surgery in Jan., a couple of my sisters gave me some books, including the first Charlaine Harris novel. not something I'd have picked up for myself, but I enjoyed. it was different, and an easy read (wh/ is what I needed at the time). unfortunately, I missed the premiere of Trueblood, but I saw episode 2 last night. it was a little graphic (did we really need to see Sookie's brother's sex life in that much detail?), but I liked it otherwise. Good thing I'd read the book, though, or I'd have been completely lost. I also saw the premier of Fringe last week, wh/ was too gross in the beginning, but otherwise excellent. interesting charactors, interesting premis, a little farther out their than is believable at times, but all the more fun as a result. I am hoping The Mentalist is going to be good. and I'm really looking fwd to Supernatural's season premier this Thursday. I find the scheduling of cable stations' seasons to be confusing and inritating, but I've been enjoying The Closer and Stargate
