I'm in need of some..."Geek" help

I have a trainee who is an older lady and hasn't used a computer in several years and is in need of some good easy computer help. I have already found a good typing program for her to practice with on line

I hated working there, but there's a chain of computer training centers called New Horizons (http://www.newhorizons.com) -- they offer a *very* good introduction to computers class for total newbies.

Here, they would even let people take one class for free to see how their classes were (and that one was the one most people took).

if yall were here id say spend the $21.38 to signup with swcp we offer free intro to the internet, and how to email classes to our users.

my dad is pretty much liek your traineee. what it really took was him having to find his own need and then me showing him the steps to accomplish it. hes now getting pretty ok at browsing, and writing basic unfomatted papers, and reading email. what got him browsing ok was him learnign how to search ebay. strangely enough i dont think i created a monster.
