I strongly encourage you to weight the convention center place - living down there would be *awesome*. So close to everything good.

Also, driving through rush hour traffic everyday, if you live even on the outskirts of town, will *suck*.

I can't wait, only two more weeks and I'll be down there with ya guys. Got a place all picked out and ready to move into and everything. Sadly I'm 30 minutes from downtown... so ya travel will suck for me.
