Yup it's true...I am on live journal, but it's also true that I've never really posted anything, and I'm really bad about even reading anyone else's live journal entry...Unless I'm given a nudge, or sent a link or some such thang. Tamora Pierce's Song of the Lioness Quartet is actually responsible for my daughter's name. Plus, Tammy is an absolute doll in person. She really adored Alanna, too, when I brought her to the signing right after Alanna turned one.

Did you meet her at Milehicon or somewhere else? I think she'd be a great author to bring to the con sometime! The books are rather addictive :-)

Thank you much for the invite to gaming! I'd heard about it in passing, but didn't know more than that. Unfortunately, at least this Sunday, I have father-in-law duty....he's been moved to an assisted living facility and we've promised to come hang out for a while before I head off to the DWC potluck :-)
