Well today things exploded between Amy and her parents again.. which is something i never fel comfortable around. It tough because i can see both sides of the coin. Amy is frustrated with working long hours and spinnig her wheels with everything. Her parents are old and just want some peace and quiet with the house to themselves and neither one can

Why don't you volunteer to make the sign and some marketing materials. Even if you just make 2 color handouts promoting the beginers guitar lessons... you could use the experience and they would get a price break. Just make them pay for the printing. I'll help you with the proposal and the layouts if you need help.

If you and Amy are going to WickedFaire she should taike her camera and some prints of her work (both art and photos) Events like Wicked Faire are PERFECT networking oppertunities especially when you are first trying to get your name out and contacts made. Bands need photos, CD cover art, and the collection of freaks there all have similar interests... so work it!

oops I forgot... volunteer to do some ad layout for things like the Clipper Magazines local papers. You will call the publication to get their format requirements and I willhelp you do the layout. This is a perfect oppeertunity for you to get some real experience... but I said that no!
