There's a picture of Eric singing with the Everything Goes Cold logo behind him, and it's listed as "See Colin Slash".

And there's a picture of Tyler performing with Everything Goes Cold, and It's listed as "Battery Cage".

And there's the dude from Modulate, and it's listed as "Combichrist".

I take it you were one of the few who bought the book before the first pass of corrections went through, and for that, I apologize.

I posted an updated version of the book to Blurb about a week after the original version was posted with corrections. Which page is the dude from Modulate on?

Also, with regards to Eric and Tyler, those two are in so many bands I simply gave up trying to sort them out. The pictures don't come with dates on them, and some are deep in my archives.

On shots that I didn't know the exact band (say, when Tyler and Eric played in two bands on the same night, which happened frequently(!), I chose the band which that person would have been more known for.

Ah, ok that makes sense. I actually haven't bought it yet, I was just going by the link you posted above. Will buy soon.

Modulate is page 27 - they opened for Combichrist that night, which must be why it was in the Combichrist set of pics.
