Sounds like SF has a lot of things I feel like I'm missing here in NYC. What I wouldn't give for some singletrack..

i want to buy a place in tahoe too...i just need to justify spending money on something i wont live in most of the time. Double rent.

and women are independent--I actually think that its really that women are so turned off by men here that they just gave up and are like fuck it, I'll have my own fun. At least that's how it is with me. Its my 5th year hear, and men, as a whole, have not impressed me.
