You have dress dinner, not because we are at Orme, but because they (orme) is trying to prepare us for the real world. Dress dinner is around to teach us table edict so that when we enter the real world and ever come across a dinner/business situation we will be prepared. The dressing up part is to teach us to look nice and get use to eating in nice clothes. The eating part is to teach us how to have manners and all the crap. Personally I say fuck it. But now you don't have to ask why.

ANY teacher who had been present would have been "caught up in this mess." What would you have had him do, start a fight with his colleague? walk away from the campsite and forsake his chaperoning duties? What would YOU have done had you come upon a colleague sharing alcohol with students? You wouldn't exactly have had AUTHORITY to stop it; the only thing you could do, legally, is report it by telephone, and we'll never get to know what Hart would have done later, because the arresting officer appeared IMMEDIATELY. Don't you realize that what is REALLY happening is that Chip is pursuing the vendetta he's had against Chris FOR YEARS? Don't you know he's been trying to get Chris fired for years? There is ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL OBLIGATION for him to force Chris's resignation: Chris didn't buy the beer, he didn't encourage the drinking, and every FUCKING Orme teacher-hypocrite who's baying for Chris's blood KNOWS he wouldn't himself have known what to do, under the circumstances! You silly, brainwashed Orme brats!
