cell phone doesn't work

Just a quick update for everyone. I got home without much trouble, save a quick luggage issue. But, I found out that, contrary to what I thought I read on some random website, my phone does not work in this country! Which means I have no real way to get in touch with people except to use land lines, pay phones, email, and LJ. If I don't have

Do you have my parent's number? Because I don't get great cell coverage here at my parents house. The number here is [phone number deleted].

The week I'm home is extremely busy, so if you could let me know soonish when we can get together that would be good. We'll be in Connecticut tomorrow afternoon to visit Mike's aunt (but we won't be bringing Farah). If you want to meet Farah, the best times would be tomorrow during the day, Wednesday morning, or Thursday evening. (Or, of course, just meeting in Pittsburgh after I go back.)

I also don't have your cell number, but I'll call the house at some point if I can. Pittsburgh is going to be impossible because I have only 2 weeks here and I can't afford the extra 8-10 hours of driving out of my way. I'd love to meet Farah, but honestly the easiest for me would be to see you tomorrow at some point while you're in CT. I think I'm going to try the boston trip before I go down south, so I'm not sure how that'd work. Possibly Thursday would work, but I really really don't know at this point. I could change my plans and go south, but I have to think about where I want to be for new years. Input is WELCOME.

What do you have scheduled so far? It would probably be easier (not just for me, but for all of us trying to see you) if you could post your tentative schedule, so that we have ideas of where we can try to fit ourselves in.

I'm not 100% sure yet, but I'll give it a thought tomorrow and have something more concrete to nail down. It's a hard puzzle to figure out, especially since I don't know where to be for New Years' yet...
