Ah yes..Jamestown - you REALLY have to watch it with them, rent payments and parking are their favorite to screw you on - when a deer hit me, the insurance appraiser came to my apartment to look at my car - we were standing outside by my car and the stupid old man who does the parking sticker check went up to the insurance adjuster's car and kept staring at it and said "YOU NEED A PERMIT" - he was there 5 minutes...assholes..seriously, keep track of EVERYTHING you give to them for rent - its ridiculous.
