We spent a long time with Richard Hatch yesterday morning, went to his acting panel which ran for 2 hours in an intimate setting (one of the smaller meeting rooms tucked in the back of the hotel). He got a bit personal and we talked about acting and "acting" in real life. Really really nice guy, he complimented 2 of Abby's outfits too.

For those who do not know, Hatch played the original Apollo in the classic Battlestar Galactica TV series, and rebel Tom Zarek in the new installment of BSG.

He was also the winner on the very first season of Survivor.*

It would have been an impressive display, except for the elitist attitude of the SCA members.

Fuckers.

I have tons of great stories

I look forward to hearing your tons of great stories very soon. In the meantime, I have a great story in the making -- a friend of mine is dragging me to see an original theatrical production on Saturday: Patty Hearst: The Musical. I went to college with the guy who wrote and directed it, so I have some idea of the pain I'm about to experience.

*Not Really. That was a different Richard Hatch.
