Didn’t work out this morning…I blame M for his incessant snoring…the last time I looked at the clock it was 12:30, and I know I was awake for a bit longer than that. I don’t get excited about many things, least of all yogurt. But I made a find of the perfect yogurt (at least for me). I’m not going to say this yogurt is the best tasting I’ve ever had, but it is everything I want in a yogurt at a decent price.

People answer them in meetings, during dinner, movies, conferences, and talk at loud volumes in the middle of stores (been known to be guilty of that) People...if you wouldn't read a book or do a crossowrd puzzle in a situation...you shouldn't use your phone. Ran 1.5 miles today...making progress. Started the couch potato to 5k program again, but figure I'm at week 4, and apparently that is where I'm at. 1.5 miles...man there's a lot more to go. Oh well.
