We got a letter yesterday that the chicken we sponsor/adopted from Farm Sanctuary, Eloise, has passed away. Last night was not good. Very sad and a lot of tears. She had problems with her reproductive organs because while she was at the factory farm she was forced to lay 5 times the normal amount of eggs. thanks lady. I'm feeling a little better now. Mauricio is taking it very hard and is still in a funk. They sent us a new chicken and she's a cutie but it's still tough.
