I'm now starting to seriously consider trying to write a novel in November, on top of all my grad school applications. I knew it was a bad idea to go look at the website. ( www.nanowrimo.orgMaybe I won't be seriously considering this anymore when it's not 1:30 am... Maybe that would be for the best, really

Lauren, thanks for adding me. It's exciting to know what's going on with you. Applying to grad school is a pain, no? Luckily it is a finite process (says wise Maggie). I'm a little disappointed in Mr. Schmidt for telling you to go for the $$. Your dad has always struck me as eminently rational, but perhaps this is his weak point. That and musician-boys :)
