I have always wondered what type of person buys the Telegraph, the Daily Express and the People newspapers amongst others. I found out on yesterday that the people who buy the Telegraph are the ones who get a free large bottle of water in WHSmiths along with it. It might have something to do with the cricket too

Scrap metal merchants exist to be the setting for the opening scenes in Casualty, so that people can imagine the really gory accidents that are about to happen. Before it turns out that the crane driver's son gets impaled on a javelin during a PE lesson instead.
